A home wrapped by bush and beach.

Set into the Anglesea landscape, this renovation was designed by Sawmill Designs and shaped by light, outlook and how the home is lived in day to day.

Bedrooms sit quietly within the bush below, creating calm, private retreats, while the upper living area is wrapped by both beach and bush, opening to wide views and shifting coastal light.

Living spaces flow easily outdoors onto extensive silvertop ash decking, with glass balustrades keeping the connection to the landscape open and uninterrupted. Inside, natural materials are used throughout to create warmth and ease, while bathrooms are kept simple and tactile, balancing practicality with soft, considered detail.
